Abstract Submittal Instructions

Instructions on the abstract submittal are given on the abstract submissions webpage. While preparing your abstract on the abstract submission page, you can abandon or save your submission. WHILE WORKING ON YOUR SUBMISSION FORM, DO NOT USE YOUR BROWSERS "BACK" BUTTON OR YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR DATA. When you save your submission, you will be given the website link of the page for your abstract submission for later editing (open until 18 January 2010). Please keep a copy of this website link if you want to later revise your abstract.

Abstract Preparation

Please prepare the following for the abstract submission:

Abstract title (maximum of 20 words)

Abstract body (300-500 words)

Select preferred presentation method (only invited speakers are guaranteed an oral presentation slot; additional oral presentations will be selected from the abstracts submitted. Poster sessions will allow for significant interaction between authors and audience.)

Select preferred session themes for placing your presentation (up to three themes - final selection will be made by program council)

Name, address, and contact information of the author and all co-authors

One file with no more than one page of figures and/or tables in PDF or JPG format. Figures and table must have a caption (Arial 12pt font) immediately below the figure or table. Use at least 2.5 cm (1 inch) margins. This will be printed on the page immediately following your abstract.
